Pilates is an all round regime for all ages and abilities. Regular classes help maintain and increase joint mobility and can be tailored to individual needs.
By following a regular pilates programme you will notice a strengthening in your deep postural muscles which as well as improving alignment and posture can help reduce back pain. Helping you achieve an overall feeling of well-being.

ABOUT ME
Since I became a professional Pilates Matwork Teacher, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere within a calming environment and small classes. I aim to enhance your fitness and feeling of well-being through a series of carefully planned sessions.
Classes cost £12 for the hour in a beautiful studio at my home in Sweffling. I provide Mats and any equipment you may need. All I ask is for a 6 week commitment .
